GROUP PROJECT REFLECTION PAPER Background : The group project was to write a recommendation memo in response the CEO’s request. The company had an opportunity to purchase a chain of hotels in Italy. The team consisted of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). My role was the COO. We each were to examine the opportunity from the respective business function and make a collective recommendation whether or not to purchase the hotels.
